Who needs a Confidence & Mindset  Coach?
Any man wanting to improve his life. Whether you are in your twenties, thirties, forties, or fifties, if you are at a point that you want to improve an area of your life, you need a coach.  Why?  Because no one is immune to all the stress and obstacles that life throws at you and a mindset coach will help you navigate through those times and give you proven strategies that will help you reach that next level and become the best version of yourself. When will I see results?
That is 100% up to you and how committed you are.  Many of my clients have told me that immediately after the first session they felt like a weight had been lifted off their shoulders and that they felt more relaxed, motivated, and confident than they have in years.  Like with anything else in life, you get out what you put in.

How long do I need to be coached?
IMost of my clients work with me for 6 months to a year. Some clients have come to address a specific issue, so the time is shorter, and some clients want the accountability and motivation and stay longer.
