Lack of self-confidence is single handedly the biggest reason for people not achieving the success they desire. Whether you desire success in relationships, health, finances, or your spiritual journey, if you lack confidence in yourself then you will fall short of your goal every time.
As debilitating as lack of confidence is it can easily be overcome if you know the right formula.
But first what is self-confidence? Self-Confidence is the trust you have in your own personal abilities and judgement.
It is directly related to your self-esteem, which is the value you place on yourself. Improving your self-esteem will improve your self-confidence and improving your self-confidence will improve your self-esteem. It is a win-win.
When you lack confidence you miss out on life and the opportunities it has to offer. You miss out on relationships. Job opportunities. Vacations. Fun. Adventure. Lack of self-confidence will cause you to second guess your decisions and at times it will even cause you to not make a decision at all. Because let’s face it, by not making a decision feels better than making the wrong decision.
But by ignoring the issue and not improving your self-confidence you will never improve it thus not achieving the success you so greatly desire in life.
And don’t you want to have greater success in life? Don’t you want greater success in your finances?
Don’t you want greater success in your dating?
Won't you want better health?
Don’t you want greater success in enjoying your life to the fullest?
Don’t you want to make choices and feel good about them for a change?
I am a certified NLP (Neuro-linguistics programmer) master practitioner, certified hypnotherapist, certified life coach, and a published author and with my specifically designed courses I have helped countless people to improve their level of confidence so that they could improve their quality of lives quickly and easily.
I have put together a quick and easy 2 step formula for you to improve your self-confidence below. (I am not going to go into the neuro-science of how the brain works or the cognitive behavior association behind the 2 simple exercises below. Overcomplication leads to no results. I want you to get the results.)
1. Change your physiology. I will make this simple. Think about someone who is depressed. How do they stand? How do they breathe? Where do they look? How are their shoulders? Now I want you to mimic this posture exactly. Now, how do you feel? Depressed? Exactly. Your mind will give the body what it expects.
Now think about someone who is extremely confident. How do they stand? How do they breathe? How do they hold their head? Where do they look? Where are their shoulders? Now mimic this posture exactly. Now, how do you feel? More confident, right!?
Your body will create the feelings you tell it to create. Here is another example to prove it. Frown and see how you feel. Now smile. Notice the difference. You are in more control of your feelings than you think.
2. Change your negative thoughts. Again, we are going to keep this simple. Your thoughts control your emotions, your emotions control your actions, and your actions control your outcome. So control your thoughts and you control your outcome.
You have 60,000 thoughts in a day and it is scientifically proven you can only have
