CREATE AND SUSTATIN MOTIVATION WITH THE POWERFUL P.E.A.R. STRATEGY

Happy New Year! But, wait? It's not the new year. Or even close to it.

Did you know that by the 18th of January 95% of people have already broken their New Year’s Resolutions. Yep, it is statistically proven through research that by the 18th of January 95% of people have already broken the promise they made to themselves for the new year.

So, why am I telling you this. Because it's never to late to start over!

We only have 5 months left of the year to accomplish those goals we set out to conquer back in January. That's plenty of time for the average person to get shit done. I want you to remember this. Short Term Sacrifice, Long Term Gain. Say it again, Short Term Sacrifice, Long Term Gain.

Give up the time wasting energy sucking parasites in you life right now. Give up watching mind numbing television, give up aimlessly scrolling on social media, give up on gossiping. Give it all up and focus all your time and energy on achieving your goals. Your future self depends on it.

Now really think about it. 95% of people have broken their promises to themselves only 18 days in. That’s a lot. That means that there are only 5% of people just 18 days into the new year, that have been able to keep the promises they made to themselves. Are you one of the 95% that have not kept the promises to themselves or the 5% that have? You know what? Don't even answer that, because you will be one of the people that finishes the year strong!

It's not how you start, it's how you finish.

If you are part of the much larger group, then don’t worry you are not alone, obviously right. And the issue isn’t about being about part of the larger group, but how you can get into the much smaller more efficient group. The group that is still on track to keep their New Year’s Resolutions.

You now may be asking yourself, what does the 5% do differently than the other 95%, to stay motivated and focused on achieving their goals? I’m about to share with you the simple strategies that the 5% use to stay on track and achieve their goals so that you can do the same thing easily and effortlessly, or at least easier. If you implement these simple strategies, then you will separate yourself from the unempowered to the Empowered.

First you have to understand what motivation is. According to the dictionary motivation is, “the reason or reasons one has for acting or believing in a particular way.”

So, you see, motivation is great to get you started but it will not keep you going when you get faced with pressure. Think about it, if you are wanting to increase your self-esteem and talk to or date more women and your reasons are to feel better about yourself and get a girlfriend. Those reasons will get you motivated. They will get you started in the right direction.

But, for most people, the moment an opportunity arises to speak start a business or to the opposite sex, their hearts start to beat out of their chest, palms get sweaty, mouth gets dry, they lose their courage and walk away from the opportunity. They walk away feeling defeated. Unfortunately, this can happen enough times and most will eventually give up and think they are just not good enough for any opportunity presented to them.

So, how do you, Build and Sustain Motivation to Achieve your Objective? I’m going to share with you of the most powerful goal achieving strategies known to man, The P.E.A.R. Strategy. This strategy is the same strategy that all successful achievers use to stay motivated and accomplish their goals.

P.E.A.R. Purpose. Educate. Attitude. Ritual.

Purpose – Know your purpose of the goal. Understand why you want to achieve what it is you want to achieve. And just as important, now what will happen if you do not achieve your goal.

Educate – Educate yourself on the topic you want to achieve. For instance, if it is talking to the opposite sex, then do some research on how to talk to women/men, pickup lines, jokes, push and pull techniques, and how to be and look confident. Educating yourself will give you inner confidence that will show.

Attitude – Education is important but even more important than education is attitude. Stanford University has provided research stating that success is 12% education and 88% attitude. You can have all the education in the world, but if you do not have the “Can Do” attitude then you will not make a move. You will sit on the sidelines while everyone is out there playing and having fun. So, get the “Can Do,” “I Can Do Anything I Set My Mind To” attitude!

Ritual – What are you daily rituals? What do you do on a consistent basis? Your rituals or habits are what will keep you pushing forward. If you have a habit of eating healthy and some offers you a donut, you would turn it down. Why? Because out of habit you do not eat them. The habits you form will form your character. So, create the daily rituals that will make you the person you want to be.

If you follow this simple 4 Step Strategy For Sustained Motivation you will begin to make great strides in becoming the man you want to be and achieving your goals. I wish you the best and that you achieve all of your goals in 2018!

You are Stronger Than Failure,
