THE FIRST STEP TO LIVING A LIFE THAT IS TRUE TO YOURSELF

Do you want to really start living your life to the fullest? Do you want to live a life you are proud of? Do you want to have the life that others say they want? One that is exciting, fulfilling, and successful. Or, do you simply want to exist and just get by?

Unfortunately, there are countless people out there that dread getting up every morning, driving to their crappy jobs, living paycheck to paycheck. Some are even stuck in relationships they know they should not be in. While others are either not in a good place physically, mentally, or both.

These unfortunate souls are simply existing. Do you know what separates those truly living their life to the fullest and enjoying every day and all the others?

Those who are living the lives that others only wish they had, are truly experience life. They experience what they intentionally set out to experience. They plan, execute, and live. Does that make sense to you?

You see, goals are experiences. When you set goals, and achieve them, you will experience the life you intentionally set out to experience.

Those who set goals have something to work towards. They are progressing. Anthony Robbins said in an interview that, “progression is happiness.” He went on to say that if we want to truly be happy then we should have something that we are working towards and that if we don’t, it could lead to depression and sadness.

So, having goals and working towards them will lead to new experiences and happiness in life. And experiencing new experiences will allow us to grow and enjoy more of what this life has to offer. And, even if you do not achieve the goal you set out to achieve you are still progressing and learning. And the way I see it is, you cannot fail as long as you learn something from the experience.

Now that you know your goals will equal your experiences in life, let’s go a little bit further. For you to have the experiences in life you really want to have you must first know what you want to experience. Does this make sense?

Think about it for a moment.

Who do you want to wake up next to? Or what type of person do you want to wake up next to?

What type of job do you want to have?

What type of business do you want to start?

Where do you want to live?

Where do you want to vacation?

What type of body do you want to have?

What type of person do you want to be?

How much money do you want to make?

How much money do you want to give away to help others each year?

What type of car do you want to drive? Or, do you want a driver?

These are a few things you need to ask yourself to truly start living the life you want to live. Because once you start to ask yourself these questions then you can become consciously aware of what it is you truly want in life. Life is meant to enjoy. You were meant to enjoy life every single day. The way I learned to enjoy it the most is to know what experiences I truly want to have.

Once you answer these questions write them down. I will tell you what to do next in the next blog. Get ready to achieve your goals!

May you experience the life you were meant to live. Remember, there is greatness within you and I want to see you achieve it!
